When my office transferred location few months ago I was responsible for almost all transactions and services needed for moving. It was like moving your home to another place, same task and never-ending needs. I needed to make several letters of moving out, clearing and transferring from our current location to new office. Because we’re inside a big building everything should be coordinated with the building’s administration and security officers. It was like never-ending letters and requests but after so many tasks we finally moved to another office. The new office posed another problem because it’s smaller and I have to think and design the floor plans apt for the space provided for.
