Mind Relaxation

It’s near midnight now and my eyes were slowly drooping down, there’s office work tomorrow and I don’t want to think of my due assignments while working. Blogging can give you satisfaction even if sometimes it’s tiring to post at night, anyway for working moms like me our free time is only at night. During my most inspired days and that’s almost everyday :-) I write during office break time not really minding that I didn’t get some rest because writing is also a form of relaxation of the mind. If you take a nap or take some rest just by sitting you’ll get a body relaxation but when you pour your innermost thoughts and put it into writing you’ll get a mind relaxation and somehow a deep sense of fulfillment will suddenly rush into your whole being and that’s when you’ll feel happy and contented.
